1. Tour minimum: The tour package price is based on a minimum of 20 people.
2. Optional Activities: Bicycle tours, golf outings, other activities outside the package are available upon request and are priced separately from the package price.
3. Land Package: Celtic RnR Tours provides land packages only. All air travel is the responsibility of the individual guest attending our tours.
4. Activity Level: The activity level of our tours is moderate. Each day, we will be walking up gentle to steep inclines and uneven steps in castles and medieval towns with irregular cobblestone pavements overseas, or walking some moderate distances on paths or trails, on farms, in vineyards, and in caverns in the USA. Our guests may, of course, choose to omit any activity which they deem to be too strenuous.
5. Celtic RnR Tours Cancellation Policy: We urge all of our guests to take out travel insurance at the time of their registration to cover unforeseen circumstances that may result in guests canceling their tours. No refunds will be made for any cancellations within 90 days prior to the start of the tour for which you have registered. Cancellation from 90 days up to the time of departure will result in 100% forfeiture of the entire cost of the trip. There are no exceptions. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Celtic RnR Tours no later than 90 days prior to your tour. Deposits are non-refundable. In the case of Acts of God, war, disaster, epidemics or unforeseen circumstances, Celtic RnR Tours reserves the right to reschedule any or all tours.
6. Bundled Package Price: Celtic RnR Tours has certain agreements with our partners and providers that allow us to offer a quality bundled tour package at a reasonable price. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds or rebates on any unused portions of our tour.
7. Celtic RnR Tours Disclaimer: Celtic RnR Tours acts solely as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with this tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Celtic RnR Tours neither owns nor operates accommodations or other travel or leisure facilities.
   You specifically release Celtic RnR Tours from any and all claims, loss or damage to baggage or property and for injury, illness, death, and from all other claims and any loss or delay arising out of the acts, omissions or negligence of all service and accommodation providers which are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided.
   Celtic RnR Tours assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for acts or omissions of those persons or entities transportation, accommodations or any other element of our tour. Celtic RnR Tours is not responsible for damage, injury, illness, death, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any occasioned by reason of any act or omission arising during or from the tour.

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19 (“COVID-19”), has been declared a worldwide pandemic and is reported to be very contagious. While the state of medical knowledge around COVID-19 is evolving, the virus is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact and evidence has shown it can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death.

Celtic RnR Tours is taking precautionary measures in line with science-based health guidelines to protect against the spread of the virus. Nevertheless, Celtic RnR Tours cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while on a Celtic RnR tour. Therefore, if you choose to go on tour with Celtic RnR Tours you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

Before, during, or after your tour with Celtic RnR Tours, you may also experience unexpected costs associated with COVID-19, such as, but not limited to, medical care, food and lodging during an unexpected quarantine imposed by local health or government officials, missed flights, airport closures, transportation cancellations or delays, etc. You will be solely responsible for the expenses associated with these circumstances.

By registering for a tour, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and the unknown expenses that may be a result of COVID-19, and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or experience unanticipated costs associated with COVID-19 by participating in the Celtic RnR tour. I also voluntarily assume the risk that a COVID-19 infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming infected by COVID-19 on a Celtic RnR tour may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to Celtic RnR Tours employees, Celtic RnR Tours partners (and partner employees) and other passengers. I understand that complete knowledge of the risk factors of contracting COVID-19 is not known and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, death or any other loss. I agree that having considered these risks, I wish to participate in the tour, and I freely and voluntarily assume complete personal responsibility for the risk of expense, exposure, illness, and death due to COVID-19, even if such injuries or death occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time this agreement is signed.

I for myself, and on behalf of my and their heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense of any kind that I may experience or incur in connection with my Celtic RnR tour and its activities (“Claims”). I hereby release, agree not to sue, discharge and hold harmless Celtic RnR Tours, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to it. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Celtic RnR Tours, its employees, agents and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Celtic RnR Tours tour.

I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. No additions, deletions, or changes can be made to the release form, and signing it is a requirement for joining the tour.

LEGALLY BINDING TERMS: IN MAKING A TOUR DEPOSIT OR ANY FORM OF APPROVED PAYMENT AS SHOWN ON THE REGISTRATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE CONTRACT FOR YOUR TOUR. BOTH THESE TERMS GOVERN YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND ALL DISPUTES, INCLUDING SPECIFICALLY LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND DAMAGES, TIME LIMITS FOR CLAIMS AND SUITS, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, FORUM FOR SUITS AND GOVERNING LAW.
